Start by contacting us through our website or email with your requirements. We will discuss your needs, share our catalog, and provide pricing. Once you select designs, we produce samples for your approval. After sample approval, we move to bulk production. The entire process from first contact to delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks.

Absolutely. We encourage all new buyers to order samples first. Sample charges cover the actual material and labor cost. For silver pieces, samples typically cost $15-40 per piece. For gold, it depends on weight. Sample charges are often adjusted against your first bulk order.

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal for smaller orders and samples, and Letter of Credit for large orders. Standard terms are 50% advance payment and 50% before shipping. For established clients with a track record, we offer more flexible payment arrangements.

We manufacture in 18K gold (yellow, rose, and white), 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, and brass. For plating, we offer gold, rhodium, rose gold, and black rhodium finishes using German and Swiss solutions. Yes. All our precious metals come from certified recycled sources. Recycled gold and silver are chemically identical to newly mined metals with no difference in quality or purity. We work with both natural and lab-created stones depending on your preference and budget. All stones are clearly identified and documented. Our in-house gemstone facility handles cutting, shaping, and faceting for over 200 natural varieties. We source from vetted suppliers with documented ethical practices.

Yes. Our team of 50+ in-house CAD designers can work from hand sketches, reference images, Pinterest boards, or existing CAD files. We create a 3D model for your approval before any production begins. Typically 2-3 revision rounds are included in the design fee, which is often waived for bulk orders.

Yes, private label is one of our core services. We produce jewelry under your brand name with custom packaging, branded boxes, tags, and laser-engraved logos. Many of our clients sell our products under their own brand without their customers knowing the manufacturing origin. Full NDA available.

For catalog items, production takes 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. Custom designs take 3-5 weeks including CAD approval and sample production. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. We provide regular progress updates with photos during production.

Absolutely. Most of our clients start by selecting designs from our catalog and then requesting modifications. Common changes include different stone colors, metal type, plating finish, sizing adjustments, or adding/removing design elements. Modifications are straightforward and usually do not add significant time or cost.

We ship worldwide to over 15 countries including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Canada, and more. We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for door-to-door delivery with full insurance and tracking. All export documentation and customs paperwork is handled by our team.

Every piece is individually inspected before packaging. We use Fisher XRF machines to verify metal purity and plating thickness on every batch. Stone settings are tested for security. Weight is verified against specifications. Our defect rate is under 1%, and we replace any piece that does not meet agreed standards.
