Detailed answers about working with us — from MOQ and pricing to shipping and sustainability. If your question isn't here, reach out and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Our MOQ depends on the material and order type. For catalog items in silver, we start at 25 pieces per design. For custom designs, the typical MOQ is 50-100 pieces per design. Gold jewelry has lower MOQs due to higher per-piece value. We're flexible with first-time buyers who are testing the market — talk to us and we'll work something out.
Contact us through our website or email with your requirements. We discuss your needs, share our catalog, and provide pricing. Once you select designs, we produce samples for your approval. After sample approval, we move to bulk production. The entire process from first contact to delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks.
Absolutely. We encourage all new buyers to order samples first. Sample charges cover the actual material and labor cost. For silver pieces, samples typically cost $15-40 per piece. For gold, it depends on weight. Sample charges are often adjusted against your first bulk order.
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal for smaller orders and samples, and Letter of Credit for large orders. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before shipping. For established clients with a track record, we offer more flexible payment arrangements.
Pricing depends on material, weight, design complexity, stone type, and plating. Rough ranges: a simple 925 silver ring without stones starts around $3-5 per piece at bulk. A silver pendant with CZ stones runs $5-12. Gold-plated brass fashion jewelry ranges $2-8 per piece. 18K gold is priced based on daily gold rates plus making charges. We provide detailed quotations within 24-48 hours.
For orders above our standard MOQ, design fees are typically waived. For standalone design work or very complex pieces, we charge $30-80 per design depending on complexity. This covers the full 3D CAD model with rendered images. The fee is credited back when you place a production order.
Yes. A design that costs $6 per piece at 100 units might come down to $4.50 at 500 units and $3.80 at 1000+. We also offer better terms for repeat clients — extended payment windows and priority production scheduling.
Everything: raw material, casting, stone setting, polishing, plating, quality inspection, individual packaging, and basic tags. Custom branded packaging, special certificates, and shipping are quoted separately. No hidden charges — what we quote is what you pay.
We manufacture in 18K gold (yellow, rose, white), 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, and brass. Plating options include gold, rhodium, rose gold, and black rhodium using German and Swiss solutions. We work with over 200 natural gemstone varieties including diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, topaz, garnet, amethyst, and more.

Rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, and chains. Our range covers fine jewelry in gold with diamonds and precious stones, everyday silver jewelry with semi-precious gemstones, and fashion jewelry in plated brass. We serve both women's and men's jewelry segments.
We manufacture in 9K, 14K, 18K, and 22K gold. 18K is most popular for export — best balance of purity, durability, and color. We work in yellow, white (rhodium-plated), and rose gold. All gold jewelry is BIS hallmarked with HUID numbers verifiable on the government portal.
Two components: gold value (weight × daily rate × karat purity) plus making charges (8-15% of gold value depending on complexity). We lock the gold rate at order confirmation, so you're protected from price fluctuations during production.
Yes. Every gold piece is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID number laser-engraved and registered in the national database. For private label clients, the hallmark is registered under your company's BIS license. If you don't have one yet, we guide you through registration.
Yes — it's one of our specialties. Using advanced casting and hollow construction, we create pieces that look substantial but weigh significantly less. Earrings that look like 5 grams can be engineered to weigh 2.5-3 grams without compromising appearance.
925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper for strength. We verify purity using our Helmut Fischer XRF analyzer on every batch — not random sampling. The XRF gives readings accurate to 0.01%. Every batch ships with a purity certificate.
Rhodium (bright white, prevents tarnishing), gold plating (1-5 micron), rose gold, black rhodium (gunmetal look), and two-tone combinations. We use Umicore Swiss solutions applied through Walter Lemmen German electroplating equipment.
Depends on micron thickness. 1-micron gold plating lasts 6-12 months with regular wear. 3-micron lasts 2-3 years. 5-micron can last 4-5 years. Rhodium on silver typically lasts 1-2 years. We recommend the right thickness based on your market and price point.

Lost-wax casting (investment casting) on our German Schultheiss plant. A wax model is created, coated in plaster, heated to melt the wax, then molten metal fills the cavity. Extremely precise with fine detail reproduction — the industry standard for quality jewelry.
Gold-plated has a thin layer (0.5-5 microns) via electroplating. Gold-filled has a much thicker layer (5%+ of total weight) mechanically bonded. Gold-filled lasts longer but costs more. We primarily do gold-plated as it offers the best balance for most markets. Gold-filled available on request.
EU REACH limits nickel release to 0.5 µg/cm²/week for skin-contact items. We use nickel-free alloys and apply barrier layers under plating. Fischer XRF verifies nickel content. For EU orders, we provide nickel-free compliance declarations with test results.
Rhodium is a platinum-family metal. Rhodium plating gives a brighter, whiter finish than bare silver and prevents tarnishing. Silver without rhodium will tarnish over time. We apply rhodium as standard on all 925 silver unless you request otherwise.
