Inquiry & Discussion
Day 1You share what you need — a sketch, a reference photo, a CAD file, or just a description. We discuss materials, finishes, stone options, quantities, and budget. There's no commitment at this point. We just need enough detail to give you an accurate quote.

3D CAD Design
Day 2–5Our design team builds a production-ready 3D model with exact measurements, weight estimates, and stone placements. You get rendered images from multiple angles. We revise until you're completely happy — no extra charges for design iterations.

Physical Sample
Day 5–15We produce an actual sample in your chosen material — not a wax model, not a render, but the real thing. You receive high-resolution photos, a video walkthrough, and we ship the physical piece to you for hands-on approval.

Bulk Manufacturing
Day 15–35Once you approve the sample, we scale production. German Schultheiss casting for precision, Italian wax injection for consistency, Swiss Umicore plating for finish quality. Your dedicated production manager sends daily WhatsApp updates with photos.

Quality Inspection
Day 35–37Every single piece goes through our 7-point quality check — weight, purity (Fischer XRF), visual inspection, stone security, plating thickness, dimensions, and final polish. Nothing ships without passing all seven checkpoints.

Branding & Packaging
Day 37–38Your brand tags, custom packaging, BIS hallmark (for gold), and certificates get applied. If you're running a private label operation, your customers will never know the jewelry was manufactured by us. Complete white-label service.

Insured Global Shipping
Day 38–42Fully insured DHL or FedEx shipping with complete export documentation. We handle customs paperwork, provide real-time tracking, and offer door-to-door delivery to 15+ countries. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days.
